In the time of globalization, there is the borderless business. The workforce is mobile and the people from one country are moving to another country for business or employment. It becomes difficult for the people of one culture to get adjust with the other culture people. There may be many reasons of this. These may be the issue of Language, religion, rituals or others. The leaders have the challenge to control the multicultural workforce amicably and get the best out of them.
The international journal of Intercultural Workforce Management has the objective to help industry with the findings of how the multicultural workforce should be managed.
In the absences of proper management, the people do not co-operate each other which results in losses of important resources. The authors are invited to send the original conceptual or research articles on various topics related to intercultural workforce management.
We invite both Academia’s as well as corporate to share their experienced views on the theme of the journals which could help the industry to work in the right direction to manage diversified manpower.
The articles should be original ranging from 1500 words to 10,000 words which should not be published earlier in any other journal or magazine.
