The organizational productivity very much depends upon the performance of the manpower involved in the different manufacturing and/or service activities. The satisfied manpower is highly motivated and worked harder and harder. On the flip side, the unsatisfied people are reluctant in the work and have a bad productivity. In other words, a productive manpower while utilizes the available resources most optimally, the unproductive manpower destroys the resources. The resources are scarce and they need to be managed very effectively.
In today’s work environment where the organizations are facing stiff competition and the people are under pressure to do
their level best, the employees stress level is high. In this situation, the leaders are expected to create a positive environment where the collective efforts should provide the best results.
The International Journal of Employees Behaviour and Satisfaction has the purpose to publish the original views of the experienced people in the field on the reasons of un-satisfactions and to find the solution for the same. The original thought-provoking views in the form of Conceptual articles or Research Papers are invited from people in Academia and Corporate to share with the readers.
The articles should be original ranging from 1500 words to 10,000 words which should not be published earlier in any other journal or magazine.
